terms and conditions:

1. Repair and repaint service is exclusively for solid teak wood furniture purchased from the Linden Teak Furniture Philippines.

2. One (1) year labor and material warranty is applicable only for normal use problems and factory defects of solid teak wood furniture parts only. Client has to drop of and pick up the item at the main showroom in Quezon City. Improper maintenance, improper use and improper repairs done outside the main office voids the warranty.

3. Fifteen (15) year carpentry labor warranty is applicable to solid teak wood parts only. Client has to drop of and pick up the item at the main office in Quezon City. Improper maintenance, improper use and improper repairs done outside the main office voids the warranty.

4. Client concerns with complete information provided will be forwarded to the CSR who assisted the client. The client may also call the outlet where the purchase was done directly.

5. Images of the item to be repaired along with a copy of the Order Slip Form has to be emailed to ltfp.aftersales.service@gmail.com for evaluation as well as repair/repaint quotations (if applicable) prior to dropping off the item at the main office.
