Hippocrates, the father of Modern Medicine, stated, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." With this simple concept, maintaining health is not that complicated as what media makes them out to be.
Farming, without doubt is one of the most honorable and noble professions there is. They provide life and sustenance to people in the background. Moreover, farmers who chose to go into Organic Farming takes the flag one step further, for they also care for the Earth.
Our company wishes to honor these honorable Organic Farmers by offering them space for FREE to sell produce in the heart of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. These hardworking and nature loving farmers trekked the long travel from various provinces to bring you the purest form of health.
Whole food plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle means the consumption of unrprocessed or very minimally processed plant products that is so rich and intact with polyphenols, anti-oxidants and various flavanoids. What is so great about it? According the Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, an American physician, recipient of Benjamin Spock Award for Compassion in Medicine, and former Olympic rowing champion, it is the only lifestyle or diet regimen that has been clinically proven to reverse and prevent heart disease.
Actually, if you are going to do research and watch various documentaries on the benefits of a WFPD lifestyle, its benefits extend more than heart protection and blood pressure reduction. Some claim that entering this lifetstyle halted cancer progression, our cured their life-long asthma, or sped up their bone fracture recovery despite being a geriatric individual, etc...
As such, it is accomplishing 2 things at a single throw! You get to be healthy while helping our local farmers.
The company humbly invites you to show your support to our local farmers by buying their products directly from them. :) Plus, you'll get to meet these amazing and hardworking individuals!
